Since 2010, Skott has worked in organisational culture, purpose, and leadership, starting his own consultancy in Beijing, China. With a background in performing arts, he discovered the B Corp movement, integrating culture consulting with organisational
purpose and leadership development. He also facilitates and trains groups in men’s emotional leadership and is a husband and father of two young boys.
In 2018, Skott joined BRIDGE’s Hong Kong team as a consultant, guiding the team through challenges before and after the pandemic. He now continues to consult and facilitate while serving as BRIDGE's Global Head of Digital.
Skott and Fiona have worked together in Hong Kong and more recently in New Zealand bringing Augusto Boal's work to a group of corporate, arts and social development professionals.

Nina
Burchett
Nina Burchett is a highly regarded New Zealand actor and speech and drama teacher. Nina has worked in theatre, television, film and as a teacher around the world. Through her teaching, she loves helping people to believe in themselves and be the best they can be. She is delighted to be working with Fiona and the opportunity to build better organisations; by building the confidence and skills of adults to effectively communicate and engage.
Nina's teaching career began in 1992 in Auckland and since she has taught children dance, drama and speech in New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong.
After graduating from Toi Whakaari The New Zealand Drama School, Nina's performance career highlights to date have included being nominated forNew Zealand’s Most Promising Actress Award for her portrayal of May in Sam Shepard’s Fool For Love.
In Australia from 2002 - 2004, she co-devised the play Convict Women, which was awarded the 2002 Enerco Australian Cultural Award. She also wrote and produced the award-winning children's film Gabriel, which won prestigious international A-list awards including Winner Best Short Film - Oberhausen International Short Film Festival, Winner Best Short Film - Giffoni Hollywood.
Since returning to New Zealand in 2008, Nina has had roles in several film and television productions including Spartacus (USA), Legend of the Seeker (USA), Billy (NZ), Rage (NZ) Foreign Exchange (AUS), Hillary (NZ), more recently staged in the award winning New Zealand play Seed (NZ) alongside Fiona Mogridge.

Fiona is a specialist in human development and leading through organisational change, with robust experience spanning business startups to joint venture partnerships and enterprise-level companies. She is dedicated to delivering pragmatic, people-focused solutions that drive measurable business strategy and transformation.
Her specialisation is the design, deployment, and scaling of innovative leadership and capability programmes. As a master facilitator and executive coach, she excels at modernising learning environments, implementing enterprise-wide change initiatives, and fostering collaborative cultures in high-pressure situations.

Fiona leads with a deep commitment to collaboration, Te ao Māori and a strong understanding of the New Zealand context—bringing the same passion for the outdoors and continuous improvement to her client engagements.
She has had an active career in the performing arts; acting in theatre, film and television. Fiona's performance highlights include roles in TV dramas; Duggan, Plain Clothes, Street Legal and Shortland Street, Co-production Hercules and feature film roles. Most recently theatre in the award winning play Seed at the Basement Theatre.
With range in her skill base, Fiona has the ability to communicate impactfully, lead enterprise change, manage multiple projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders. She takes a coaching approach to meeting team needs, all with a personal resilience to navigate uncertainty and bring humour and positivity to the fore.
