We grow great communicators and presenters by providing coaching  that builds lifelong communication skills.

Drawing on our extensive professional experience in public speaking, acting and drama teaching all our consultants can work with you, either 1-1 or as a group.  We are Trinity College and NZ Speech Board trained performers and educators.

From plenary workshops, project planning sessions, strategy reviews, design sprints, team away days we have 25 year experience in facilitating groups and teams online and face to face.

We can use a suite of Design Thinking Faciltiation Tools, Interactive Techniques and Planning Frameworks, or design bespoke.​​  Common use cases include:

We take a programme approach with touchpoints designed to meet a leader's need for growth and their schedules, as well as built in manager accountability.

 

Fiona is ICF Accredited, and uses globally recognised leadership diagnostic tools Human Synergistics LSI and GSI to support leader coaching.​

The performing arts provides a powerful tool to bring people together to reflect, feel, learn, solve problems and tackle issues. Leveraging our depth of experience working with groups using Design Thinking Tools and the performing arts, we bring a range of techniques to deliver lively and interactive group engagements.
