Purposeful work…mmm I ask myself am I doing enough of that?
I think I have found my sweet spot!
Recently accredited in Life Style Inventories (LSI), one of the Human Synergistic leader effectiveness tools, I’m loving being able to work 1-1 with people to coach them towards growth. The approach includes a self assessment, feedback from others, and a programme of coaching sessions including a three way manager conversation. The people I have worked with so far have really appreciated the depth of insight and development support - which not many busy and established leaders get these days!
This for me, is purposeful work.
